Year 2 Zoo Trip

Last week, Year 2 visited Hertfordshire Zoo.  The children were learning about how animals adapt to their environments and were taken on an informative walk in small groups with their teachers.  They completed a quiz about the animals and were excited to see snow leopards, capybaras, lions and sun bears. 

A picnic lunch and a fun game of hide and seek followed their busy morning. A dinosaur trail completed the afternoon. The children were incredibly well behaved and they thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
